Backstage at the Pastures of Plenty

Between 2018 and 2019 I did some horsetrading and [Sidenote: The fourth item in our 22nd Annual Woody Guthrie Folk Festival series features candid portraits from the backstage area shot on the classic journalists’ film, Kodak Tri-X.] upgraded my Hasselblad 500C/M to a 503cx. I also acquired a Hasselblad Nr. 45071 pistol grip so I could mount a Vivitar 285HV Zoom Thyristor flash in place of my bulkier Sunpak 622. But otherwise I took these pictures with the same equipment and film as last year’s backstage photos. Keep reading if you’re interested in the full technical details; otherwise just skip to the photo gallery
