Cleveland County Farmers’ Market Opens; Features New Hours

Today Today marks the return of the Cleveland County Farmers’ Market. Hours have changed from the famil­iar Saturday and Wednesday morn­ing times to a more con­ve­nient sched­ule for work­ing fam­i­lies and indi­vid­u­als. The new hours are:

• Saturdays from 8:00 AM to Noon
• Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

The farm­ers’ mar­ket fea­tures dozens of ven­dors sell­ing orna­men­tal and edi­ble plants and pro­duce from the 1^st Saturday in April until the final Tuesday or Saturday of October, whichever comes last. Much of the pro­duce is grown locally by the ven­dor (look for a dark green sign; light green indi­cates an Oklahoma prod­uct and white indi­cates the pro­duce was imported from out­side Oklahoma).
